Sheraton Dhaka is at 44 Kemal Ataturk Avenue in Banani, built by Unique Hotel and Resorts and operated by Marriott. Construction began in 2012 and the opening slipped several times; it was trading by December 2021, when its restaurant The Garden Kitchen opened. Marriott says the airport is about seven minutes away by the Elevated Expressway when traffic is light.

The hotel has 248 rooms and suites, a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness centre and a Sheraton Club Lounge, with complimentary parking.
