## Overview

Well Park Residence is on Road 1 off O.R. Nizam Road in the GEC Circle area, a short walk from the area's shopping streets and offices. The airport is about 12 km away in a straight line.

Open since 2011, it markets itself as a boutique hotel and suites: smaller and calmer than the chain hotels, with an emphasis on service and business facilities, including a 24-hour business centre on the ground floor.

Room categories climb from Premium Deluxe and Premium Twin through VIP and Crown rooms to four suite types (Executive, Oriental, VIP and Crown). Standard rooms are compact at about 22–28 m²; suites are around 40 m².

Mohora Garden Restaurant on level 9 serves an American and Bangladeshi breakfast buffet and an all-day menu of Continental, Thai, Chinese and local dishes. Coral Thai Spa is on the 8th floor, alongside a gym and a barber shop.

It suits business travellers and couples who want a GEC Circle address at a lower rate than the larger hotels, and families — up to two children under 12 stay free in existing beds.
