Chuti Resort sits in the village of Sukundi near Joydebpur, 7.5 km from Gazipur Chowrasta and next to the Bhawal Rajbari heritage site and Bhawal National Park. The resort says it is 18 km from the airport and about an hour and a half by road, and the grounds cover 54 bigha with views over a lake.
The resort calls itself an eco-friendly boutique resort of 50 rooms, open since 2012. Accommodation ranges from wooden and family cottages to executive and royal suites and duplex villas. Meals are served buffet-style at the Jalsiri restaurant, with a barbecue option, and Sukundi Hall and Chaya Bithi take meetings and events. There is a pool area and a children's zone.
