About the planning call
What happens on the call?
A 45-minute video call with one of our local travel experts. We look at your dates, interests and budget, then suggest a route, the right hotels and what to book first. You receive a written summary afterwards.
How do I join?
You will receive a Google Meet or Zoom link by email before the call. You only need a browser or the app on your phone.
Is the fee refundable?
The call fee is credited against any tour or guide you book with us within 6 months. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the call.
