The Palace Luxury Resort is at Putijuri in Bahubal upazila, Habiganj, beside the N2 (Dhaka–Sylhet) highway among hillocks and tea gardens, on about 150 acres. It opened in 2014. In 2020 The Business Standard counted 107 rooms in the tower building and 22 villas (one-, two- and three-bedroom, plus two presidential villas); the Daily Star has also given 111 tower rooms. Booking.com and Agoda both list it as 5-star, and the resort has been described in the press as holding a five-star certification.
Facilities reported by The Business Standard include an infinity pool with a sunset view, a spa, a fitness centre, a sauna, a helipad, an amphitheatre, a movie theatre, a mosque, sports courts, boating and fishing, and a maze and playground for children. Restaurants named in the press are Revolution, Nostalgia and Olive, and a Vietnamese restaurant, Saigon, was announced in 2020. It is a weekend-escape and group destination for Dhaka and Sylhet visitors rather than a city-centre hotel.
