Sikder Resort & Villas is on the seafront opposite the Eco Park at Kuakata, a few minutes’ drive from the main beach. Trip.com lists about 112 rooms, and a September 2023 UNB feature describes three accommodation options: the Lake View tower, the villas and the Sunrise and Sunset tower, in Deluxe, Superior, Premier and Royal Suite categories. Trip.com and Hotels.com list it as 3-star; a separate “Sikder Hotel and Villas” listing at the same site appears on OTAs.
UNB and the OTA listings mention an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a gym, a restaurant and coffee shop, 24-hour room service, a complimentary buffet breakfast (07:00–10:00), a private beach area, a conference centre with two meeting rooms and parking. It is aimed at families and groups on beach holidays rather than short business stops.
